phdrea Terms and Conditions

Access to phdrea is strictly limited to individuals who are at least 21 years of age and are physically located in the Philippines at the time of use. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that all information you provide during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Each player may only hold one account on the platform — duplicate accounts are not permitted and may result in suspension. phdrea reserves the right to verify your identity at any time and to request supporting documentation as part of that process. Accounts found to belong to ineligible persons will be suspended immediately, and any balances may be subject to review in line with applicable regulations.

All account balances on phdrea are denominated in Philippine pesos (PHP). Deposits are credited to your account once the transaction has been confirmed by the relevant payment provider, and you are solely responsible for ensuring that deposit instructions are followed correctly. Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with the timelines and minimum amounts stated in the platform's account management section, which are subject to change with notice. phdrea does not charge hidden fees on standard transactions, but third-party payment providers may apply their own charges, which are outside our control. The platform reserves the right to perform identity and source-of-funds verification before processing withdrawal requests above certain thresholds, in compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering requirements. Any funds found to have been deposited through fraudulent means will be forfeited, and the relevant account will be suspended pending investigation.

Players must not use the phdrea platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or any activity that violates Philippine law. You must not attempt to manipulate platform outcomes, exploit software vulnerabilities, or use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with any partof the platform without prior written authorisation. Collusion between players, the creation of fake accounts, and any attempt to circumvent platform security measures are all grounds for immediate account termination. phdrea also prohibits the sharing of account access with any third party — your account is personal and non-transferable. Any breach of these prohibited conduct rules may result in the forfeiture of account balances, permanent suspension, and referral to the appropriate Philippine authorities where required by law.

Unauthorised use of platform content may constitute a violation of copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws, and may result in civil and criminal liability. The phdrea name, logo, and associated brand identifiers are registered trademarks and may not be used without express authorisation. Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit to phdrea may be used by us without obligation or compensation to you.

phdrea provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis, and we make no warranties — express or implied — regarding the continuous availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose of any platform feature or content. To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, phdrea shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of funds, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity. phdrea is not responsible for any failures, interruptions, or delays caused by factors outside our reasonable control, including network outages, device failures, or actions by third-party payment providers. You acknowledge that online entertainment platforms involve an inherent element of risk and that it is your responsibility to make informed decisions about your participation. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits phdrea's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.
